Indicates that the tyre is designed specifically for passenger cars, a common prefix in the North American market. Tyres in European and Asian markets usually omit this letter.
215: Normal width in millimeters（标准宽度，毫米）
指轮胎在标准充气压力下的断面宽度，单位为毫米。该参数直接影响轮胎的接地面积和承载能力。
Refers to the section width of the tyre under standard inflation pressure, in millimeters. This parameter directly affects the contact area and load-bearing capacity of the tyre.
65: Height-to-width ratio (aspect ratio)（高宽比，纵横比）
指轮胎断面高度与断面宽度的百分比，即断面高度 = 215mm × 65% = 139.75mm。高宽比越低，胎侧越短，操控性越好；高宽比越高，缓冲性能越好。
Refers to the percentage of the tyre section height to its section width, i.e., section height = 215mm × 65% = 139.75mm. A lower aspect ratio means a shorter sidewall and better handling, while a higher aspect ratio means better cushioning performance.
R: Radial construction（子午线结构）
代表轮胎的内部结构为子午线结构，这是目前全球市场的主流技术。传统斜交轮胎用"-"标识，现已基本淘汰。
Represents that the internal structure of the tyre is radial construction, the mainstream technology in the global market. Traditional bias tyres are marked with "-" and have been basically eliminated.
15: Rim diameter in inches（轮辋直径，英寸）
指轮胎适配的轮辋直径，单位为英寸。该参数必须与车辆轮辋直径完全匹配，否则无法安全安装。
Refers to the diameter of the rim that the tyre fits, in inches. This parameter must exactly match the vehicle rim diameter, otherwise safe installation is impossible.
95H: Load index and speed symbol（负荷指数和速度符号）
"95"为负荷指数，对应单条轮胎最大承载重量为 690 公斤；"H"为速度符号，对应轮胎在额定负荷下的最高行驶速度为 210 公里/小时。
"95" is the load index, corresponding to a maximum load capacity of 690 kg per tyre; "H" is the speed symbol, corresponding to a maximum driving speed of 210 km/h under rated load.

M+S: Mud and Snow（泥地和雪地）
表示该轮胎通过了泥地和雪地性能测试，适用于轻度积雪和泥泞路面。这是全天候轮胎（All-season tyres）的标准标识。

Expressed as a number, the larger the value, the better the wear resistance. The reference tyre has a treadwear grade of 100, and a grade of 220 means the tyre's wear resistance is 2.2 times that of the reference tyre.
Traction grade（牵引等级）
分为 AA、A、B、C 四个等级，AA 级为最高。该指标衡量轮胎在湿滑路面上的制动性能，直接关系到行驶安全。
Divided into four grades: AA, A, B, C, with AA being the highest. This indicator measures the braking performance of tyres on wet roads, directly related to driving safety.
Temperature grade（温度等级）
分为 A、B、C 三个等级，A 级为最高。该指标衡量轮胎在高速行驶时的耐高温性能，A 级轮胎可承受 185 公里/小时以上的持续高速行驶。
Divided into three grades: A, B, C, with A being the highest. This indicator measures the high-temperature resistance of tyres during high-speed driving. Grade A tyres can withstand continuous high-speed driving above 185 km/h.

该标识详细说明了轮胎胎面和胎侧的帘布层数与材料。例如"TREAD 4 PLIES - 2 X CORD, SIDEWALL 2 PLIES 2 X CORD"表示胎面由 4 层帘布组成，胎侧由 2 层帘布组成，材料为高强度帘线。

Maximum load rating（最大负荷额定值）

Maximum permissible inflation pressure（最大允许充气压力）
